Our kitchen crew will pamper your palate with regional, Mediterranean and international cuisine in a stylish and sophisticated atmosphere. The freshly-bought produce, mainly obtained in the region, is carefully and professionally prepared with a fine touch.  Enjoy our special culinary delicacies.

With Mr. Martin Wieser we are delighted to have found a chef whose cooking is a true calling and not simply a profession.  The secret to his cooking art probably stems from his slogan:  “Fresh! Fresher! Freshest!” Mr. Wiesner is not just selective in shopping for the finest products, but the side dishes, noodles and sauces as well as the bread are always freshly prepared by hand.

Martin Wieser and his kitchen crew always combine the classic, light cuisine with influences from the entire world.  This type of cooking reflects the style and personal atmosphere of the hotel and is an expression of our hospitality.
