With Mr. Martin Wieser we are delighted to have found a chef whose cooking is a true calling and not simply a profession. The secret to his cooking art probably stems from his slogan: “Fresh! Fresher! Freshest!” Mr. Wiesner is not just selective in shopping for the finest products, but the side dishes, noodles and sauces as well as the bread are always freshly prepared by hand.
Martin Wieser and his kitchen crew always combine the classic, light cuisine with influences from the entire world. This type of cooking reflects the style and personal atmosphere of the hotel and is an expression of our hospitality.
