Exercise is the key to life-long mobility

According to national statistics, at least 15.4 % of children already show signs of postural deformity during the first school year. By the time they graduate from high school, up to one-third of all students already have spinal problems such as back pain or other postural deformities. More and more people perform one-sided activities during their working career.  People who have desk jobs are advised to keep their spinal column balanced.
In addition, many people spend their free time sitting down (watching television, going to the movies, driving …).
To prevent this, muscles that tend to contract need to be stretched and muscles that tend to weaken must be strengthened. Vertebrae with reduced mobility must be and mobilized.  Our bodies are programmed for exercise and need it every day to stay healthy.

Yoga

Yoga stimulates deep breathing.  Yoga demands the uninhibited flow of Prana. Yoga means “unity” and originates from the Sanskrit word “Yug” which means to attain.  In the spiritual field it refers to unity between the individual with the universal consciousness.  In practice it focuses on the harmony of body, mind and soul, leading to an inner peace.

QiGong

QiGong is a gentle form of concentrated exercise.  It balances the body's intrinsic life energy.  This harmony brings about tranquility and relaxation while strengthening the body and mind.  In this way QiGong serves as a source of health and strength.

Stomach-leg-butt

Who hasn't dreamed of having a flat, toned stomach? Well-trained stomach muscles are not only attractive but also support the spine and inner organs while promoting healthy digestion.
Medical experts recommend that “Whoever spends a half day or more sitting, whether at a desk or in front of the TV, should definitely work towards strengthening the leg/buttock muscles.”  This is because certain leg muscles help stabilize the knee joints and enable us to walk and stand erect.

Spinal column gymnastics

Spinal column gymnastics protect and strengthen the back muscles, serving as an axis organ to stabilize the human posture, while providing the essential daily exercise.   The fact that younger people increasingly complain of back pain is a result of having weak muscle groups. Strong back muscles protect and stabilize the spine.
