Lakeside sauna

  • Saunarium with Laconium, steamroom, Finnish Sauna, shower jets and relaxation area with a view of the lake
  • Lakeside spa – modern sauna cabin (sauna with a view of the lake, relaxation lounge with a panoramic view of the lake and mountains, open fireplace, vitamin and tea bar with samovar (Ronnefeldt teas), fresh apples, nuts and dried fruit

Steamroom
45 ° C steamroom - perfect for the hair and skin. The effectiveness of high humidity together with radiant heat has been known and used since ancient times.  This provides a unique, healthy bathing experience.
Enhance your physical and spiritual well-being with perfume additives and herbal essences such as eucalyptus. Ideally combined with: Ayurveda.

Sun sauna
This traditional Finnish bath can strengthen your immune system and trigger your body's purification process at temperatures of up to 85 and 90 ° C.  Ideally combined with: massage and body treatment.

Laconium
This type of sauna is a dry sweating room with heated walls and benches. At ca. 65 °C of radiant heat, the body starts to sweat intensely in 15 to 20 minutes.  The skin purification process is gently triggered by the gradual warming of the body. Especially recommended for those who find the sauna too hot and the Finnish Sauna too aggressive.  Ideally combined with: a massage and body treatment.
