Even as a small boy, Martin knew he wanted to be a chef. Today, the secret of his art is in his mantra… “Fresh, high-quality and, preferably, local products.”
Mornings follow the same pattern as the previous evening – purely delectably, either inside at our extensive breakfast buffet or outside on the lake terrace. You can look forward to classic, light cuisine with influences from across the globe.
