The given rates are per person and per night including
The minimum stay over New Year's Eve is 7 nights.

On your arrival day your room will be ready until 3 p.m.
On your day of departure, please vacate your room by 11 a.m.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms and include radio, telephone, flat TV, room safe, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer and free WI-FI access. Because of "memon"-technology our rooms are free of electrosmog.
Deviations from the descriptions and plans are possible.
We ask that you refrain from smoking in public areas and non-smoking rooms.
Dogs on request.
Children’s prices are valid in an extra bed in the parents room:

Reservation & payment
The current General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry are valid in our house.
With acceptance of our offer you accept these.
You can settle your hotel bill in bar, by Eurocheque card or with VISA and MasterCard.
To fix the booking we ask for a deposit in the amount of minimum € 200,--.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible as we will most certainly try our best to find new customers for your booked room.
If we fail to do so, we are unfortunate to say that we will have to charge the nights where your booked room was not occupied.
Please see the cancellation policy as following
3 month prior to arrival: no cancallation charges
3 month to 1 month prior to arrival: we charge 40 % of the full arrangement rate
1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: we charge 70 % from the arrangement rate
7 days prior to arrival: we charge 90 % from the arrangement rate
The above mentioned policy also applies for no-show, late arrival or early departure.

In order to avoid disappointment, we kindly advise you to get a travel insurance.
