1000 m² private garden directly at the lake, 200 m ² living space + cellar compartment. Two bedrooms, to 2 child bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1x shower, 1x tub).

Spacious sitting room, dining room with big table, big terrace overlooking the lake with comfortable lounge-seat opportunities and big table, possibility for the barbecue,

At the lake: Changing room with seat group, deck chairs, sunshades and cushions.

 

Prices are per night for four person

Each additional person: from € 40.-- to € 70.--/ night (depending on season)
Each additional child (3-14): from € 25.-- to € 40.--/ night (depending n season)

Cleaning fee: € 140.-
Water and current are billed separately.  

Breakfast: € 20,-/ adult; € 10,-/ bambino

Dinner: € 30,-/ adult; € 15,-/ bambino

Gourmet-Half board (breakfast & dinner): € 50.- per person/ night.

Day-SPA: €  40.-/ adult; €  20.-/ child
